The Wireless Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and crews, maintaining schedule performance, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring quality delivery across telecom and wireless deployments. This role requires strong knowledge of site construction, low-voltage systems, fiber and copper infrastructure, closeout documentation, and customer-facing project coordination. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive projects forward, solve problems in the field, and deliver results with professionalism and accountability.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and properly documented from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams, tracking milestones, assisting with scheduling, managing reports and documentation, supporting procurement and logistics, and helping ensure smooth communication between field teams, clients, and vendors. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized, with the ability to support fast-paced telecommunications and infrastructure projects with accuracy and professionalism.
OSP / Tower Hybrid Technician
Description
LionsGate Systems is seeking a hands-on OSP / Tower Hybrid Technician to support full-scope telecom and wireless infrastructure projects from kickoff to closeout. This role combines tower climbing and RF installation with outside plant (OSP) construction, including fiber optic, Cat6, and hybrid cabling in both aerial and underground environments.
The technician will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless and low-voltage systems on towers, rooftops, and ground-level infrastructure such as conduits, handholes, and pathways. Responsibilities include antenna and microwave installation, cable routing and termination, rigging, grounding, sweep and fiber testing, and supporting site readiness and closeout documentation.
This is a field-intensive role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, safety discipline, and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces under varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically skilled, and capable of working independently while helping keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
